Do you offer postpaid service ?

Yes we do, but customers have to pay a security deposit.

How to get started?

You have to register by filling out the ‘’signup form’’. Alternatively, you can send us a message by filling the ‘’contact us’’ form. A member of our team will contact you to discuss further with you.
What routes do you offer?

We offer grey, standard and premium routes.

What is the difference between these routes?

The difference is in the quality of the calls: grey being the least while premium has the highest quality. The cost also varies with the routes: grey being the cheapest while premium is the most expensive.
Do you offer any special rates based on large volumes?

Yes, we do. The more the volumes, the better the rates we can arrange for you.

Do you offer DDI/DID/Virtual phone numbers numbers?

Yes, we do. We offer DIDs to most destinations around the globe at very cheap price.

How can I get up-to-date rates list?

The rate that we apply to your account after your account has been created is the latest rates.
 
If I have a problem as customer, how do I report it?

You can use the 'contact us' form on the website. We will usually respond as soon as possible.

How do I know about any rate changes?

We will send an email to this effect. Alternatively, you will be able to access it from your portal.

Do you have minimum top up amount?

No. You are at liberty to purchase any amount of credit any time.
 
What payment options do you accept?

We accept Bank transfer, Western Union and Money Gram .

What is the duration of payment processing?

This depends largely on the payment option you use. Western Union and Moneygram payments may take 1-3 working days. Bank Transfers may take up to 3-7 working days depending on the banks and your location.

How soon will my account be credited after payment?

As soon as we receive your payment, it is processed immediately and your account will be credited instantly. Please always ensure to include the Transaction Reference Number/Customer Agreement Number when you do a bank transfer to avoid unnecessary delay.

What should I note when using Western Union/Money Gram to pay?

It is important you fill the forms correctly with your own details as the sender. It is equally important that you fill in our details as receivers correctly to avoid unnecessary delay in payment processing. Note that the amount of credit you wish to purchase will be outside any commission that these agents may want to charge you. Bear this in mind whenever any transaction is being made.

Do you also bill in USD?

Yes we do. You can specify any currency you want us to apply to your account.
